We just picked up are cow from Deerfield Locker. All I can say is wow! You could not convince me that it matters what locker you sent your cow to to be processed until now.
We could not believe how much more meat we got this time and the taste of each cut compared to lockers we've used in the past! The steaks are amazing and the roasts are delicious. And their beef bacon is not salty which is a big plus! They had everything boxed up to go in containers that were the perfect size for carrying. We were so pleased with them that I would prefer to only use them in the future!!!
